Abbeydale Tennis Academy – Payment Policy

Our Junior Group lessons at Abbeydale Tennis Club run for 42 weeks per year, excluding 10 weeks during the major school holidays. This approach ensures that you are not charged for lessons when your child is away in any of the major holiday periods, allowing for a fair and cost-effective payment system.

Throughout the year, we have scheduled breaks of 2 weeks at Easter, 2 weeks at Christmas, and 6 weeks during the Summer Holidays, totalling the 10 weeks of holiday periods. To assist in spreading the cost of the squads for the entire year over the longest period, we have divided the annual cost into 12 equal payments.

It's important to note that while payments are still taken by monthly Direct Debit, including the month of August when there are no lessons, the rationale behind this is to alleviate the financial burden on parents. By distributing the annual cost across 12 months, we can maintain lower monthly rates for lessons throughout the year.

If a decision is made to stop payments during the summer months and then resume in September, please be aware that a re-joining fee will be applicable.
